Your first day

You will be greeted on your first day by our HR team and your Team Leader who will introduce you to the company and the tools you will be required to use. They will also give you your Welcome Pack: laptop PC, Rampar backpack, down jacket and all of the company’s goodies.

Integration morning and evening

The new employees are invited to an integration day animated by the top management of the company and closed by a convivial evening in which you can make us taste a dish of your region.

Internal training

Internal training is given each year to newcomers to teach them Rampar best practices.

Learn from others

Because it is always more pleasant and enriching to work with people you know and appreciate, many events and activities are organized within the group to bring employees together: games evenings (board or video), annual ski weekend, wine or beer tasting evenings, escape game, quarterly photo contest…
