A first contact by phone
If your profile is selected, a recruitment officer will contact you for a 20-minute telephone interview to learn more about your aspirations and give you a taste of our corporate culture.
On your way to meet our experts…
You will have 1 or 2 interviews to discuss with your peers. This will be an opportunity to enhance your career path, share your professional project and test your technical knowledge (oral questions, multiple choice questions and 1 practical case). We will of course keep a space for your questions!
We would also like to tell you that you will not meet any sales representatives (unless it is the position you are aiming for), nor any of our clients… since we only recruit on profile 😊

Distribution of your equipment (Welcome Pack, PC, badge), presentation of the company and discovery of the offices with the Recruitment team. Organization of a photo session by the Communication team to capture your best smile. Meetings with your manager, your colleagues and your sponsor… In short, you won’t have time to get bored on your first day with us…
Nor the following days since we continue to accompany you regularly with integration points, events and activities (article writing, business case…).

Your first day
You will be greeted on your first day by our HR team and your Team Leader who will introduce you to the company and the tools you will be required to use. They will also give you your Welcome Pack: laptop PC, Rampar backpack, down jacket and all of the company’s goodies.

Integration morning and evening
The new employees are invited to an integration day animated by the top management of the company and closed by a convivial evening in which you can make us taste a dish of your region.

Internal training
Internal training is given each year to newcomers to teach them Rampar best practices.
Learn from others
Because it is always more pleasant and enriching to work with people you know and appreciate, many events and activities are organized within the group to bring employees together: games evenings (board or video), annual ski weekend, wine or beer tasting evenings, escape game, quarterly photo contest…
