Apax Partners to acquire a minority stake in Hifield Group, a leading player in cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure services
Apax Partners announces the acquisition of a minority stake in Hifield Group to support its strong growth in France and Europe.
Hifield Group, via its subsidiaries Almond and Rampar, is one of the independent French leaders in cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure services, with offices in Paris, Nantes, Strasbourg and Geneva.
